service contract manufacturer we will work with you in any capacity
you determine is best for your situation. We can manufacture a
single component for your product or we can handle every single
detail for the entire product. Even if budget parameters require
considering low-cost assembly, we can facilitate and manage any and
all levels of production and assembly through our alliances in
Mexico.
Whether it's catheters, battery cases, spinal surgery products, water
flow controllers, or even hot tubs, we're ready for large or small runs,
24 hours a day. Our facilities include a 50,000 square-foot plant with a
6,000 square foot cleanroom. There are twenty-four state-of-the-art Toyo
and Toshiba injection-molding presses with clamping forces from 30 to
500 tons. Close tolerance, multi-part assembly, sterilization, tool
design, and packaging delivered to your door are all part of a day's
work at PEDI. All these capabilities and technology are backed up by
some of the most experienced and knowledgeable plastics experts in the
industry.
