Performance Composites offers the latest in state of the art composite and fiberglass molding and fabrication. Their facility in Torrance, CA is capable of handling any size job. Performance Composites Builds all molds and tools in house. They also will assist in the design of your project to assure the manufacturability of your project. No project is too large.

Southern California Plastics

Our molding facility is conceptually systematic, through the vision of our founder we have achieved a facility layout that allows us to make the most of our floor space. Our molding machines are anchored to a material loading tunnel where the material auto loading hoppers and dryers are located. This auto loading system gives us the ability to keep raw materials off of the production floor. We offer 25 injection molding presses ranging from 90 to 485 ton with a shot size up to 2100gms (4.6Lbs.).

SF Technology
SF Technology offers the latest in vacuum forming technology. Specializing in hard to form parts and second operations. SF Technologies also offers mechanical assembly and custom finishing of your part.

US Tool & Die

US Tool & Die offers metal stampings and associated tooling for single strike and progressive die stampings. Located in Southern California, US Tool & Die offers quick turn-around on tooling and production runs using the latest in state of the art stamping equipment. US Tool & Die also offers wire EDM Services and well as other tooling challenges.

UFO Design

UFO Design is a custom plastic thermoforming. UFO has high volume capability in our three station rotary machine as well as several two station machines. UFO offers high tonnage injection molding services and assembly services. Our forming capabilities include materials from 0.040" to .500" in thickness.

Monson Machine, Inc.

Monson machine specializes in vertical and horizontal machining. With capacity of up to 40" by 20" by20" Monson can complete most machining designs. Monson Machine also offers screw machine capability, with our automatic screw machine we can do jobs from 0.125" to 1.500" in diameter.

Lee Monson established Monson Machine in 1985 in a small shop in Santa Ana, CA. He developed his business, starting with McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach, by building the original Slat tooling for the now famous C17 Cargo Plane. Now located in Corona, CA in a 12,000 Sq foot facility with 18 CNC Mills and Lathes.

We have developed a solid customer base ranging from aerospace to medical to automotive, and a variety of commercial accounts. We are comfortable working with a wide variety of material from plastics, aluminum, stainless steels and carbon steels.
