Since 1964, Mold Craft, Inc. has designed and built injection molds for precision plastic parts, establishing itself as a leader in the industry. We specialize in high-volume, multi-cavity and multi-mold projects for customers in the medical, electronics, telecommunications and consumer products industries. We offer turnkey project service; from initial design to the completed mold.

What is Mold Craft’s strength?

Engineering Strength
• A strong engineering staff provides fully Detailed, Dimensioned and Toleranced Prints along with accurate Solid Models to build from.
• All clearances are engineered – eliminating all “guess-work” and “fitting” in the shop
• During the Build process, any corrections are made and corrected on the prints and Solid Models giving an accurate “As-Built” database. We retain those records for 10 years.

Mold Building Strength
• The skilled Mold Builders build all Components to print, maintaining the engineered tolerances. This allows us to provide completely interchangeable Components so that our customers do not have to do any “Fitting” as they receive replacement Inserts.

Mold Craft's in-house Design and Engineering produces fully detailed, dimensioned, and toleranced CAD drawings on our SolidWorks systems. Highly toleranced molds are built by experienced mold builders using state of the art equipment that includes CNC Wire and Sinker EDM's and machining centers. Using this equipment, our mold makers consistently obtain the tightest tolerances that these molds demand.

Located in Southern California, US Tool & Die offers quick turn-around on tooling and production runs using the latest in state of the art stamping equipment. US Tool & Die also offers wire EDM Services and well as other tooling challenges.

UFO Design & SF Technology

UFO Design and SF Technology, are experts in custom plastic thermoforming. UFO has high volume capability in our three station rotary machine as well as several two station machines. SF Technology offers thermoforming as well as product assembly.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
